Your kitten is guaranteed to be healthy upon receipt to the best of our knowledge. Kittens/cats shipped come with a health certificate. Once kittens/cats leaves these premises they becomes the full responsility of the purchaser, including all expenses, medical or otherwise. Kitten/cat must be isolated from all other animals the first 3 days and must be kept indoors always. Purchaser has 3 days (72 hours) to return the kitten/cat, at the purchasers expense, if after being examined by a liscensed veterinarian, the health is found to be unsatisfactory. This vet must furnish the breeder, with a written diagnosis within the 3 days. Breeder (Castle Paws) will replace the kitten/cat, adjust the original selling price (of the kitten/cat only) or refund the original selling price of the kitten/cat upon return.
Health Certificates, exams, tests, rabies vaccines, shipping costs and all other medical and veterinary expenses, etc. are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All sales are final after 3 days. (72 hours).
Breeder cannot guarantee size, color or temperament of kitten/cat once leaving Castle Paws.
No Vaccinations shall be given nor any spay/neuters performed within 30 days of adoption. Doing so will exceed your cat/kitties stress factor. One stress factor per month is the most cats can tolerate.
We do NOT vacinate for FIP & Feline Luekemia and cannot guarantee the health of kittens/cats vacinated for these diseases. Field studies do not prove their protection adequate nor without adverse reactions. Feline Luekemia is transmitted fecally and/or orally; therefore, the best protection for your cat is to keep him/her indoors at all times and away from strange cats. Cats eventually develop a natural immunity to the disease.
Contradictory to it's name, FIP is not a disease that cats catch from one another. Due to the nature of FIP, I cannot guarantee a kitten/cat will not develop FIP. I cannot replace kittens/cats that develop FIP; however, I can offer advice that will help reduce the risks of FIP developing. (Please refer to our kitten/cat care guide).
A kitten that becomes chronically ill with non-treatable, life threatening diseases, believed hereditary, will be replaced when available. Breeder must recieve a written necropsy report by a licensed veterinarian, proving the cause of such illness or death was resulting from my cattery. (Such as a kitten that died from congenital heart defects). Breeders liability for such defects shall be limited until the kitten reaches one year of age.
*New owner agrees to provide adequate scratching posts for kittens/cats, clean water at all times and the premium pet foods recommended.
We are apposed to de-clawing except under extreme circumstances. Kittens/cats must be kept indoors at all times.
*Kittens/cats and their offspring's born from or received from Castle Paws Cattery shall never be placed into, sold or given away to any pet shop, shelter or any type of research facility. If you are no longer able to keep your kitty, please consult us.

**$100. minimum deposit to reserve a kitten/cat is non refundable unless breeder (Castle Paws) decides not to sell. Deposit applies toward purchase price.
**Kittens/cats may be reserved with deposit & Health & Sales Agreement signed & recieved by Castle Paws. Unless prior arrangements have been made, grooming and boarding charges will be incurred on reserved kittens once adoption age has been reached and kitten/cats are not recieved by new owners.

*All pet kittens must be spayed or neutered by 7 months of age. Proof is required in order to recieve CFA registrations.
"Show", "Breeder" and "Pet" quality indicate the evaluation of the kitten/cat made by the breeder.
*Kittens/cats placed as show prospects are expected to be shown to full potential but are not guaranteed to place in every show. They are guaranteed to "champion" within CFA. Breeder and pet quality kitten/cats are not permitted in the show hall without express permission & evaluation from Castle Paws prior to entering.

FAILURE TO READ, SIGN AND RETURN THIS AGREEMENT PRIOR TO KITTEN LEAVING OUR PREMISES CONSTITUTES AN AS IS SALES AGREEMENT. THIS AGRREMENT IS IN ACCORDANCE TO LAWS OF THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA.
